- You only pay one shipping cost for all items.
- The shipment usually takes 7-15 days to your PayPal Shipping address.

- Defective products must be returned within 14 days from the date you placed your order.
- It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive your product.

RETURN POLICY

At E-com Cyber, your satisfaction is paramount - you will always enjoy a 14 Days Exchange. It works very simple. When you make a purchase with us, regardless of value, you can return the product(s) within 14 days from the date we first shipped your order for exchange or replacement.

Whether the product is defective, seems defective, you are welcome to send it back to us and we will issue you a Exchange once we have received the product in question. Alternatively, you can choose a replacement of the same product or product of the same value.

However, Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and insurance and We are not responsible for returned products lost in post under all circumstances.

If the returned package is lost in transit and it is not insured, sender is responsible for the loss. Insured package with tracking numbers is strongly recommended.

Return Merchandise Authorization Procedure (RMA)

When you need to return any items to E-com Cyber Ltd, please email our customer service representatives for valid RMA number and form within the stated warranty period. Email to : store@e-comcyber.com

Fill in the RMA form and mark the RMA number on it clearly.

The completed RMA form must be attached in the returned package AND the RMA number must be printed on the package.

Items must be returned within 7 days after the RMA number is issued. Insured package with tracking numbers is strongly recommended.
